1. Services provided

The services quoted or invoiced are limited to those specifically listed. Additional services requested by the client will be subject to a separate quote and agreement.

2. Quotes

Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change if additional services are required or if site conditions differ from those described by the client at the time of quoting.

3. Payment terms

• Payment is due within 24 hours of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% per month or $25.00 late fee, whichever is greater per month.

4. Access requirements

The client agrees to ensure the property is accessible at the agreed time for services. If access is not available, a call-out fee of $80.00 may apply.

5. Cancellations & rescheduling

• 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in full service fees being charged.

6. Weather policy

In the event of poor weather, services may be rescheduled. We will notify you as early as possible to arrange an alternative time.

7. Liability

Springs Mowing & Maintenance is insured and takes all reasonable care when providing services. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear to lawns, plants, or property.
• Damage caused by hidden objects (e.g. stones, irrigation heads) not visible or disclosed.

8. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for removing items (e.g. toys, furniture, pet waste) from lawn areas before service. Additional cleaning or removal time may be charged at $80.00 per hour.

9. Disputes

Any disputes must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the service date. We'll work with you to resolve issues promptly and fairly.

10. Acceptance

By accepting a quote or making payment on an invoice, you agree to these terms and conditions.
